Emiko Obata
Ms. Obata has practiced a wide range of financial transaction law at a major law firm in Tokyo, including general banking law, securitization/asset liquidation, and project finance. She also has extensive experience in power generation projects and renewable energy law, and has been involved in legal due diligence, drafting related contracts, and dispute resolution related to the renewable energy businesses.
Recently, Ms. Obata has also been focusing on general corporate and support services for startup companies, and has a track record as an outside corporate auditor.
